I tried reading the Harry Potter books and they were terrible. the Twilight series was absolutely fantastic. The Lord of the Rings trilogy was even better.
I probably shouldn’t be writing this considering my present mood but whatever. The people that so violently hate Twilight are fucking ridiculous and getting worse everyday. I’m tired of hearing them whine and bitch and moan. We GET IT you don’t like it GET THE FUCK OVER THE FACT THAT OTHER PEOPLE DO. Don’t insult people for liking something just because you don’t. Basically stop acting like a child, it just makes you look stupid. No one is saying you have to like it but normally when someone doesn’t like something they don’t give it the time of day. Weird how that works.
Oh and Twilight isn’t being compared to Harry Potter because of the content, it’s being compared because of the hype surrounding it. I personally enjoy both series (and LOTR too Ash) but I can’t compare them because I don’t feel there’s anything to be compared other than the hype surrounding them of course.
There are lots of things I don’t like that TONS of people do and while I have stated my opinion about those things on here I would never seriously insult someone who liked one of those things. I don’t want everyone to like exactly the same things as me because that would make the world really boring.

What pisses me off about Twilight and that everyone likes them is because they’re such shitty books. They are seriously poorly written. And have shitty plot lines. She gets pregnant, couldn’t come up with a better storyline? And Edward is creepy. HE WATCHED BELLA SLEEP BEFORE THEY WERE DATING FOR TWO MONTHS. And he’s a pedophile. Seriously, stop saying that shit is “romantic”. And sparkling? Are you fucking kidding me? That’s like the shittiest characteristic of a vampire. And it’s annoying that Bella is like obsessed with Edward. And that she always needs saving. Want a really good vampire story? Go rent the fucking Lost Boys.
